There are four components of the SmokyEye kit. The SmokyEye Duo in Budapest has one each of cream and powder eyeliners in the shades of black and dark gray. Either can be used independently but the powder makes a good sealant for the cream liner. There is a SmokyEye Brush included to apply the duo. This specially formatted brush has a short handle for maximum precision in application. The look can be finished off with the included SuperEyes Mascara in black.

If all of the dark colors have you nervous to give it a try, CARGO handily includes a SmokyEye instructions book. It is a foolproof, step by step guide on how to achieve a sultrily smoky look. Hopefully this doesn’t need to be stated, but keep the smoky eyes to the night time. The look is a little too dramatic for the office at eight in the morning.
